Harvested from 69-year-old vines rooted deep in our historic Alexander Valley estate, this Zinfandel is a vibrant tribute to resilience. Naturally fermented and aged 16 months in French oak, it bursts with notes of pomegranate, wild thyme, blackberry, and warm spice. With a lively palate and a lingering finish, this elegant wine marks the triumphant return of Pastori Winery's Old Vine Zin.

Crafted from our oldest vineyard block planted in 1914, this rare two-barrel gem honors 110 years of resilience and tradition. Aged in 100% new French oak, it opens with wild sage, molasses, and fennel seed, leading to a bright, elegant palate of fig, cranberry, and warm spice. Graceful, layered, and lingering—this is a truly timeless Zinfandel.

Since the early 1900’s, our family has been growing grapes and making wine in the Alexander Valley. Four generations later, we remain dedicated to sustainable farming practices and preserving the traditional style of handcrafted wines. Our winery remains family-owned and operated, and we believe that great wine is made in the vineyard, not just in the cellar. Our commitment to quality over quantity means our production is limited, by letting the grapes and soil take precedence over barrel influences; we allow the wine to "make itself.”
